Training Activities:
  • The main purpose of IERD training programmes is to create a competent cadre in crucial areas.
  • The training and research initiated by the institute has been innovative and creative rather than merely being conventional.
  • The IERD programmes are tailored to suit changing profile of executive training.
  • Business opportunities are now measured in terms of the level of technologies used, the conditions favoring starting business activities, economics creativity and growth potential.
  • It is felt that currently pursued training activities system of educating young men and women, so that they may flower and contribute creatively.
